Design layouts, covers, and new sections as per international style guidelines. Lead photo shoots, styling, and visual content production. Create digital and event creatives (videos, AVs, static/dynamic visuals). Collaborate with editorial and brand solution teams for timely delivery. Recruit, mentor, and manage junior design team members. Conceptualize advertorials and brand innovations. Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
