Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales of Secured Business Loans, managing branch teams, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining portfolio quality across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint, train, and manage branch sales teams.
  • Promote Secured Business Loans through field visits & team support.
  • Monitor daily DSR (via DSAR App) for lead quality & productivity.
  • Ensure proper coordination with Credit & Operations teams to maintain TAT.
  • Achieve disbursement targets & manage lead funnel.
  • Maintain portfolio health & ensure timely follow-up on PDDs & collections.
  • Share daily reports & updates with senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Finance or Marketing.
  • 45 years of experience in Secured Business Loans or SME Lending.
  • Team-handling experience preferred.
  • Good communication & computer skills.
  • Own vehicle is required, must be open to travel.
