Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our leasing team in Mumbai, Thane. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in equipment finance, corporate finance, or equipment leasing. Roles and Responsibility
Sourcing new customers for equipment leasing business and expanding the existing customer base.
Servicing customers for various services, including receivables collection and cross-selling financial products like term loans, LAS, LAP, wealth management, and insurance.
Ensuring portfolio hygiene and timely release of PO and disbursement.
Managing and channel managing a team to achieve sales targets.
Analyzing accounting and balance sheet data to identify growth opportunities.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase fee income and book growth.

Job
MBA/CA with 13-16 years of experience in equipment finance, corporate finance, or equipment leasing.
Minimum 8 years of experience in NBFC or bank.
Exposure to equipment leasing and finance, accounting, and balance sheet analysis.
IT proficiency for system/process development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
