Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan targets, including identifying potential markets and customer segments.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other referral partners.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Drive sales performance to meet and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property products.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention:

    Acquire new customers and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

    Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
