Area Sales Manager

Purpose of position:

Consta Cool is a leading Manufacturer of Eutectic Freezers on Wheels (FOW) for street vending of fresh and frozen products. FOW‘s are used by Ice Cream companies for street vending of Ice Creams. Diary‘s and Beverage manufacturers also use FOW‘s for street vending of Milk products and beverages. Consta Cool is the second largest supplier of FOW‘s on the Indian market.

Consta Cool is also in the business of Manufacturing Roto Molded Insulated Plastic Containers for the Cold Chain management in the Food and Pharma Industries. Consta Cool has developed Insulated Containers of various sizes and and Insulation thicknes to cater to various needs of the Industry. Be it Handling of fresh fish, meats, Dairy products or frozen foods like ice creams, vegetables and meats.

Consta Products are known in the market for thier excellent quality and is the prefered brand of the quality concious customer.

Consta Cool is looking for a national sales manager to look after the sales and marketing of these two segments.

His / Her role will be to develop the sales of Consta products to target segments in India to achieve the goals of the company of 30% annual growth. Develop a Pan India sales network. Add to the existing Sales force and Dealer network.

Develop and maintain Customer Relations.

Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development [Strategic and Market Planning].
2. Sales budgeting and Reporting
3. Key Account Management / Retention.
4. Market research, identifying new business opportunities
5. Continuous Development of sales-coordination, After sales service ( for customer satisfaction & price-control ).
6. Team Development and Motivation plans for Distributor-Network. New Presentations and Training.
7. Inputs for - Quality & Service Improvement Product Development & Rollout.
8. Interpersonal relations with Team, Customers and Top-management.
9. Special assignments given by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
10. Participation in Trade shows and events
11. Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

Qualifications

1.   University Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field & IT skills

Experience:

1. At least 5 years of Sales & Business Development
2. Experience in Refrigeration or related industry is a plus
