Job Description for Area Sales Manager :

Location: West Bengal

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Requirements:

● Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a manager role within the FMCG industry.

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

● Effective communication skills & Exceptional customer service skills.

● Experience of working in Rural will be an added advantage.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

● He must be having geographical knowledge of area

● Local candidates are highly preferred having network.

Responsibilities:

● Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

● Appointing & Managing distributors in assigned territory.

● Achieving monthly targets and defined KPI’s

● Field sales experience with proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.

● Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.

● Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

● Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

● Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

● Informing of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

● Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.

● Manage the sales budget for the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
