Area Sales Executive

Tint & Orange is looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within their designated territory. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new customers to generate leads and drive sales.
• Convert prospects into customers and maintain long term relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relations with distributors, channel partners, and existing clients.
• Provide excellent after sales support and address client concerns professionally.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.
• Present product demonstrations and attend relevant industry events.
• Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Travel within the assigned territory to expand client base and ensure brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. If Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive parts or car care industry (B2B experience is a plus).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities to interpret market data and trends.
• High level of customer service orientation and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Shift: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Days: Monday – Saturday
