Area Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to conduct door-to-door visits to hotels within an assigned territory. The goal is to promote our products/services, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through in-person interactions. Residential of Kochi - Kerala should be apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular door-to-door visits to hotels, guest houses, and hospitality businesses.
• Pitch products/services, demonstrate features, and explain pricing or promotions.
• Identify potential leads, convert them into customers, and maintain client relationships.
• Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and client requirements.
• Ensure proper branding/visibility of products (if FMCG or similar industry).
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
• Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the back-office or supply/logistics team for timely delivery.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as required.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in hospitality or B2B segments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of local area and hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic mobile apps or CRM tools (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
