Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit residential societies and apartment complexes in your assigned area Pitch SBMapp to society chairpersons, secretaries, and management committees Give app demonstrations and explain features (maintenance billing, visitor management, meetings, etc.) Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients Maintain relationships with existing customers for renewals, upgrades, and referrals Work closely with the onboarding/support team for smooth customer setup Report daily activities, pipeline status, and closures to the sales manager
