Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members. Setting sales targets and monitoring performance. Providing coaching and support to team members. Motivating the team to achieve sales goals. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Business Development and Growth: Sourcing business from different areas and channels. Managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Reporting and Monitoring: Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports. Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement
