Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Credit Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in credit appraisal or underwriting.
Roles and Responsibility

Conduct personal discussions with clients to assess their financial situation and make informed decisions.

Analyze cash flow and provide recommendations on loan approvals or denials.

Manage delinquency and maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Train CPAs/CPCs to ensure they understand company policies and procedures.

Control and track PDDs through proper MIS reporting.

Manage vendor and cost relationships with outsource agencies to ensure timely turnaround times.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in credit appraisal or underwriting, preferably in banking.

Strong knowledge of mortgage lending business, risk involved, and title property.

Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to conduct independent client discussions.

Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial services.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
