Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team as an Area Credit Manager-CEQ in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit appraisal and risk assessment, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Prepare detailed credit notes, including transaction structuring and financial analysis.

Regularly interact with collections and sales teams to track delinquencies and study delinquent cases.

Pre-approve and rate clients with exposure over Rs 500L, and conduct regular training sessions for sales and channel partners on product policies and processes.

Manage portfolios to meet quality documentation, post-disbursement documents, and delinquency levels.

Work on projects and process improvements, and critically evaluate transaction, business, financial, and industry risks.

Develop market intelligence by engaging with other banks and FIs regarding their policies, focus areas, and portfolio health.

Identify automation opportunities in existing processes and new product development.

Raise early warning signals for stress accounts and take measures for timely exit.

Ensure minimal audit queries, including RBI and statutory audits, and resolve them within prescribed timelines.

Job

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or equivalent degree.

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/NBFC.

Strong knowledge of credit appraisal, risk assessment, and financial analysis.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in SME credit and CEQ is preferred.

Familiarity with auditing and regulatory requirements.

Ability to develop market intelligence and identify automation opportunities.

Skills in critical evaluation of transaction, business, financial, and industry risks.

Experience in managing portfolios and resolving audit queries within prescribed timelines.
