Our scope encompasses critical areas such as build tooling, shared libraries, development infrastructure, best practices, and our cross-platform desktop application. Responsibilities: - Automation of our web and desktop application builds and deployments. - Comprehensive management of CI/CD pipelines, artifact and package distribution, and associated services. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years in software engineering. - At least 6 years in a management capacity, ideally within web-focused productivity. - Profound understanding of CI/CD methodologies, build automation, and developer tooling, with a specific emphasis on web technologies. - Familiarity with contemporary web practices and related technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React). - A track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact. - Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction, establish clear priorities, and execute comprehensive roadmaps. Needs to have expertise in design methodologies and business functions.
