In-depth understanding about FSI drawing, BMC drawings, RERA compliances and other technicalities. Express high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people contractors, architects, vendors, interior designers. Must be able to communicate design/construction intent via computer generated sketches. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills. Strong understanding of the project management process with the ability to lead on site and manage execution even with multiple projects.
