Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion, contributing to various phases of the architectural process. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans under the guidance of senior architects. Create and modify architectural drawings using CAD and other design software. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and models, to communicate design concepts effectively. Assist in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and design. Support project documentation and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture. Relevant internship or work experience in architecture or real estate development is a plus. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
