DMART : Job opportunity in Store Planning team for Graduate Draughtsman | Thane Role & responsibilities: Prepare designs as per proposed changes to layouts for fixtures for new and existing stores, within timelines and as per set standards. Verify proposed change of store layout by visiting the store for a better understanding and ensure the layout vs Physicals is in sync. Co-ordination with Execution & Ops to design the proposed changes in the layout (Racks & Checkouts) Proficiency in understanding AutoCAD software Timely completion of rack erection and check outs at new stores. Accurate communication & co-ordination with all stakeholders for timely completion of assigned tasks as per set standards. Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders (Coordination with NSO, Execution Officers, vendors, etc.) Maintain data for all unused racks and checkouts (component wise) for all regions and provide timely updates to seniors at the time of BOQ planning. Visit new projects for rack erection. Monitor the rack & checkout execution as per approved layout. Correct and on time handover of shelving & checkout to NSO team. Any shortfalls/damages at the time of erection with regards to shelving & checkouts to be noted in installation report with remarks & addressed to Seniors for the next course of action. Coordinate with Execution Head for fixture mapping and ensure the floor asset Qty's against each type gets approved by Execution head. All mapped fixtures for operational and upcoming projects details to be shared with VM Mgr's. Accurately share details of mapped fixtures with the VM department. Preferred candidate profile: Experience around 4yrs to 10yrs. Any Graduate. Good understanding of fixtures and AutoCad rack layouts. Should be comfortable for traveling as there will be site visits. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning Architect & Draughtsman with a strong real estate background and proficiency in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying architectural and municipal drawings, coordinating with government authorities, and assisting in obtaining necessary approvals for real estate projects. Role & responsibilities 1) Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural and municipal drawings required for approvals using AutoCAD. 2) Develop drawings in compliance with DCPR, UDCPR, MCGM, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA, or other local authority guidelines. 3) Support the liaisoning team in compiling and submitting drawings/documents for approvals such as IOD, CC, OC, MOEF, Fire NOC, Aviation NOC, etc. 4) Coordinate with architects, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of plans. 5) Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records for all projects. 6) Follow up with regulatory authorities and assist in managing correspondence related to drawing approvals. 7) Ensure all drawings reflect current regulatory norms, zoning requirements, and development control rules. 8) Assist in site visits or surveys if required for accurate drawing preparation. 9) Maintain version control of all submitted and approved drawings. Preferred candidate profile 1) For Liaisoning draftsman - Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship 2) for Liaisoning Architect - B.Arch degree 3) 7-8 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in liaisoning or architectural drafting. 4) Strong command over AutoCAD and other drafting tools. 5) Good understanding of building bye-laws, DCPR 2034, and municipal procedures. 6) Experience working with local government bodies such as MCGM, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA, etc. 7) Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills. 8) Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. 9) Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
