Architectural draftsman

As an Architectural Draftsman at our company in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings. Your responsibilities will include preparing construction drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality project documentation. You will be expected to develop construction drawings based on design briefs, interpret structural and MEP drawings, and coordinate with various stakeholders to align technical requirements. Attention to detail and accuracy are key as you revise and update drawings to reflect design changes and ensure quality across all project documentation. To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 8 years of experience in architectural drafting, a strong proficiency in architectural drawings and construction documentation, and a deep understanding of building plans and elevations. Proficiency in architectural BIM software such as Archicad, Revit, or SketchUp would be beneficial. Effective communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are also essential for success in this position.
