- The role involves supporting Product Innovation & Design Strategy function within Development Team
- The incumbent will contribute to design-related assessments, master planning, market research & coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Land profiling and master plan strategizing
- Design-related coordination with in-house design team
- Conducting market research and competition benchmarking for residential and mixed-use projects
- Benchmarking competition Unit size, amenity , specification & Club etc for project positioning
- Assessing and documenting FAR, super built-up area, loading efficiency & permissible height norms
- Preparing reports, presentations & technical summaries for internal reviews
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp & MS Office
- Strong analytical skills & understanding of development norms and regulations
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to quickly carry out instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
