Architect

As an Architectural Draftsman at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and BIM team by creating precise technical drawings and architectural documentation for a diverse range of construction projects. Your attention to detail and proficiency in drafting software will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. You will be responsible for translating sketches and conceptual designs into detailed working drawings and collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams. It will be your duty to ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes and project specifications. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of BOQs, submission sets, and construction documents while maintaining organized project files and updating drawings as necessary. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software is a must. A solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices, along with strong attention to detail and time management skills, are also essential. While prior internship or experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
