Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Import, manage, and convert point cloud data into 3D ArchiCAD models and 2D drawings
• Create accurate architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction drawings in ArchiCAD
• Update and revise drawings based on client feedback or project changes
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders for coordinated outputs
• Prepare visual presentations, 3D views, and renderings as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project specifications
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation
• Support proposal preparation and client presentations when needed
• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience working in
ArchiCAD
• Proficiency in handling
point cloud survey data
and converting it into accurate models
• Strong grasp of architectural drafting standards and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret sketches, site photos, and technical documents
• Experience in producing clean, detailed 3D and 2D outputs in ArchiCAD
• Good understanding of building construction methods and materials
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with other tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is optional

Education:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in BIM workflows or international projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team
