Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies (denials, rejections, underpayments)
Work on AR aging reports to ensure timely recovery
Resolve claim-related issues by coordinating with payers
Document follow-up activities and update billing systems accurately
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM – AR follow-up
Strong knowledge of denial management
Good communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with billing software and MS Office
Immediate joiners preferred
