Patient Calling Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances, insurance updates, and payment plans.
• Respond to inbound patient inquiries regarding bills, claims, and payment options.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details during calls.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare RCM or patient support preferred
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic knowledge of US medical billing and insurance
• Proficiency in EMR or billing systems
