Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Architectural Design, Docker (Software), Microsoft SQL Server Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries- Ensure seamless communication within the team and stakeholders- Provide guidance and support to team members- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, ideally in a corporate and investment banking (CIB) environment.- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Team Management is a strong advantage.- Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, AOP, Data, Integration, Transaction, Batch, JPA) , preferably with Spring Boot- Microservices architecture, including design, development and maintenance.- SQL, SQL Server, Kafka , Devops- Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, AOP, Data, Integration, Transaction, Batch, JPA) , preferably with Spring Boot- Microservices architecture, including design, development and maintenance.- BDD, Code Quality, Monitoring and Observability, Performance Optimization Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Architectural Design, Docker (Software), Microsoft SQL Server- Strong understanding of software architecture principles- Experience in designing scalable and reliable applications- Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in Architectural Design- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
