Your typical day involves overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification- Strong understanding of integration principles and best practices- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions- Knowledge of Workday Studio and EIBs- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory Workday Related certification is required Qualification Mandatory to have Workday Related certification15 years full time education
