Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive branch sales for products like ,CASA, Insurance & all banking products.
Achieve monthly and yearly branch sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to meet performance goals.
Conduct regular training and reviews for the team.
Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.

Branch Operations & Compliance

Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Maintain branch records, audits, and reports.
Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security protocols.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, branch profitability, and operational issues.
Present branch progress to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
Good knowledge of banking/financial products.
Customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Understanding of branch operations and regulatory compliance
