As a member of the Blueprint for Enterprise Apps team at Pegasystems, you will contribute to end-to-end product development. You will participate in the design and development of features for the Pega Blueprint for Enterprise Applications product, leveraging cutting-edge Pega technology. Your role will involve collaborating with product management and application teams to deliver high-performance and optimal solutions. You will actively participate in Scrum processes, take ownership of components/tasks, and ensure delivery with great quality. To excel in this role, you should have experience or a willingness to learn low-code development, along with functional knowledge of enterprise applications. You should be able to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively, demonstrate customer empathy, and take ownership of deliverables. Additionally, you should have a strong interest in learning new technologies and possess a solid technical foundation in programming, data modeling, and relevant technologies. Qualifications for this role include a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with 3-4 years of software development experience. You should have a strong technical foundation in Object-Oriented Programming and Design, as well as experience with Java, HTML-CSS, Javascript, and REST services. Knowledge of Pega or any low-code platform, REACT JS, or equivalent technologies will be advantageous. Problem-solving skills, a passion for exploring emerging technologies, and exposure to low-code development are also desired.
