Application Development Team

You will be joining a dynamic team in New Delhi as a member of the AI Application Development Team, working on a cutting-edge cloud-based platform. This platform combines generative AI, real-time collaboration, and creative tools, similar to Discord.ai and Leonardo.ai. Your role will involve developing real-time AI interactions, image/audio generation, and multi-user workflows to create a next-gen AI application. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the relevant field, although flexibility is possible depending on the specific role you are interested in. As part of this project, we aim to assemble a world-class team that will contribute to the platform's success. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your expertise and interest within the team. The core AI/ML skill sets required include expertise in image generation using deep learning and generative models. This involves working with technologies such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, along with concepts like diffusion models, GANs, VAE, and CLIP. Experience in training/fine-tuning models on custom datasets and implementing personalization techniques like LoRA and DreamBooth will be beneficial. Additionally, we are seeking individuals with expertise in backend and infrastructure, particularly in model serving and APIs. Proficiency in building RESTful or GraphQL APIs for triggering image generation, real-time queue management, load balancing, scalability for inference workloads, and GPU instance management is required. Cloud and DevOps skills are also essential, including experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure ML. You should be skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines for model updates, auto-scaling GPU inference endpoints, and ensuring secure storage of generated images. For frontend/UI development, we need experts in Web UI/UX for Creative Tools. Proficiency in technologies such as React.js / Next.js, TailwindCSS, and WebSockets is required. Your tasks will involve designing a sleek, responsive interface for prompting and previewing, implementing drag-and-drop components, prompt history, seed control sliders, and real-time updates for generation progress and live collaboration. If you excel in prompt engineering and feature design, your role will focus on designing user input systems, working with controlnets, creating intuitive prompt templates, and possibly multi-language prompt interpretation. Bonus skills that would be nice to have include knowledge of image editing and post-processing tools, database management, and integrating third-party APIs.
