Must have skills : PeopleSoft PeopleTools Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelor of engineering in any stream Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger.- Strong understanding of application development principles.- Experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft applications.- Knowledge of SQL and database management.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A Bachelor of engineering in any stream is required.
