Your typical day involves collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead data mapping and conversion activities Develop and maintain data integration solutions Ensure data accuracy and integrity Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions Strong understanding of data mapping principles Experience in ETL tools and processes Knowledge of data conversion best practices Familiarity with Workday integration technologies Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
