Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with business needs and application specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress Stay updated on industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage Strong understanding of ETL processes Experience in data integration and transformation Knowledge of data warehousing concepts Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging DataStage jobs Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
