Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead design discussions to gather requirements effectively Create detailed design documentation for applications Conduct regular reviews of application designs Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Talent Management, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification Strong understanding of HR processes and practices Experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions Knowledge of integration tools and techniques Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management This position is based at our Bengaluru office A mandatory Workday Related certification is required Qualifications Mandatory to have Workday Related certification15 years full time education
