Requirements Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to attract and hire top talent. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Work Environment This is an on-site role based in our Pune (Kharadi) office.
