As a Lead Structural Engineer specialized in Offshore projects with over 15 years of experience, you will collaborate closely with your team to perform Pre-Service and In-Service Structural Analysis of Jackets, Topsides, and Modules using SACS/ANSYS Software and meticulously document the calculations in a comprehensive report. You will also be responsible for conducting technical reviews of engineering consultant output in cases where the work is subcontracted. Your role will involve conducting detailed studies on loads and loading combinations pertinent to offshore design, including Jacket and Topside pre-service analysis, Jacket Impact Analysis, Jacket and Topsides Fatigue Analysis, Pile Drivability Analysis, Topside In-place Analysis, Topside Misc Design, Helideck & Building module design, and the preparation of MTO and WCR. It is essential that you have prior experience in at least 2-3 Detail Engineering offshore projects focusing on Jacket/Topside Design and possess a strong understanding of the latest API, DNV, AISC/EURO codes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently performing all engineering calculations with precision and have experience working as a lead engineer for Topside, Jacket, or FPSO Modules in at least one medium to large-scale project.,

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Heat Exchanger/Pressure Vessel Design. You should be well-versed in ASME Pressure Vessel codes such as ASME SEC VIII Div.1 & 2, Section II A & D, TEMA, and API. Proficiency in PV Elite and other pressure vessel design software is required. Additionally, hands-on experience in FE Analysis and ANSYS Software is a must. Your responsibilities will include checking drawings of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactor Internals, etc. It is essential to have knowledge of Weld symbols, Geometric dimensioning, and tolerances. Expertise in handling various structural analysis tools preferably ANSYS Classic, Ansys Workbench, Hypermesh etc 2D & 3D Finite Element modeling of simple, moderate and complex components (Hexahedral & tetrahedral elements) using ANSYS-APDL or Workbench Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity) using ANSYS-APDL or Workbench Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis using ANSYS-APDL or Workbench Strength, stability and Durability of components Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life Should able to develop/modify APDL Macros Should able to build/update FE Models in HyperMesh.
