The Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with ~3 years of experience in both native Android development and Flutter. The candidate will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications, ensuring scalability, usability, and innovation. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality applications for users across platforms. Being a self-starter is a prerequisite.

Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Flutter.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to implement new features and improve app functionality.

Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and usability through continuous testing and optimization.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code while adhering to development best practices.

Integrate applications with back-end services via RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to enhance app performance.

Deploy and maintain applications on Google Play Store, ensuring regular updates and bug fixes.

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of quality and security across projects.

~3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin and Flutter. Strong proficiency in Android SDK, architecture components, and development tools. Deep understanding of the mobile app lifecycle, architecture, and UI/UX standards. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Proficiency with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with platforms like Frappe and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Competitive salary according to your skills and experience.
