Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the analog and mixed-signal practice, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluation. - Develop and implement innovative strategies for analog and mixed-signal product development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform practice direction and identify project opportunities. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles. Requirements: - Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - 10+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and managing analog and mixed-signal projects. - Hands-on design experience in areas such as Receiver, Serializer, Deserializer, Low-Jitter PLL, High-Speed Clock Distribution, ADC, and DAC. - Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record of managing engineering teams. - Strong knowledge of circuit design principles, analysis, and simulation tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to drive strategic initiatives and make data-driven decisions.,
