Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end data workflow architecture using Alteryx Designer, Server, and Connect. • Translate HLS use cases into technical workflows, including patient journey analytics, claims automation, and real-world evidence processing. • Integrate Alteryx with cloud platforms, EMR systems, SQL-based data warehouses, and visualization tools. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards. • Guide the data governance, security, and quality framework across solutions. • Collaborate with clinical analysts, data scientists, and IT to deliver analytics solutions aligned with business goals. • Provide thought leadership, mentor junior Alteryx resources, and contribute to CoEs. Required Skills & Qualifications • Deep expertise in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and related tools. • Proficient in SQL, Python, and integrating workflows with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong understanding of healthcare data models (claims, EMR/EHR, HL7/FHIR). • Mandatory: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with healthcare or life sciences datasets . • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, GxP). • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

1. Data Analytics & Automation: Develop and execute audit analytics using tools like Alteryx, SQL, and Python to automate data extraction, transformation, and validation processes across audit engagements. 2. BI Dashboarding: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools to support audit findings and exception monitoring. 3. Audit Support & Risk Identification: Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify high-risk areas through data analysis, pattern recognition, and KPI monitoring for functions like Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM. 4. ETL & Data Handling: Manage end-to-end data workflows including ETL processes from ERPs (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit trail integrity. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between auditors and data teams, translating audit objectives into analytical solutions and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Business Process Understanding: Apply strong understanding of core business processes such as procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and record-to-report (R2R) to align analytics with operational and compliance risks. 7. Control & Compliance Insight: Leverage analytics to assess process effectiveness, control design, and compliance adherence, enabling targeted audit procedures and continuous control monitoring. 8. Should be able to perform data blending, joining, and parsing the data, data lineage. . Should be able to create reports, render it, and create layouts. . Ability to work with Alteryx tools, macros, analytical apps on top of the workflows and create chained apps, standard, batch and iterative tools . Experience in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS with query optimization . Experience in Debugging issues, testing, and working with stakeholders on errors. . Experience in creating curated layer , Standardize workflow in Alteryx and document. . Design, build, and test new workflows with existing stakeholders. . Qualifications we seek in you!
