Monitor stainless steel welding processes (TIG, MIG, MAG) and ensure WPS & PQR compliance. Control dimensional accuracy and surface finish of car body shells as per specifications. Coordinate with design, quality, and planning departments to resolve production issues. Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor. Ensure timely availability of raw materials, fixtures, jigs, and tools. Participate in stage-wise inspections and audits by clients like RDSO/ICF/MRVC or third-party.
