About the Role

• Understand training briefs and translate them into compelling audio-visual content.
• Use AI tools to generate voiceovers, animations, and other media.
• Assist the category teams in scripting, storyboarding, and editing videos.
• Organize and manage video production workflows from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune messaging and ensure visual consistency.
• Bring creative and technical input to continuously improve video quality and learning impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate (or final-year student) in

  Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or related fields

  .
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with tools like:

• AI voice and avatar generators

  (e.g., Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, Descript, D-ID, HeyGen)

• Video editing software

  (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)

• Presentation or animation tools

  (e.g., Canva, Vyond, Powtoon, After Effects)
• Understanding of AI workflows in content creation is a big plus.
• Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and multitask with minimal supervision.

• Must have own high-end laptop
