AI Innovation Engineer

As an AI Innovation Engineer within the Business Process Automation team at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of various functions within the Common Shared Services organization. By joining our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that have a real impact on our communities and society. Your responsibilities will include designing AI-powered solutions, integrating AI Agents for handling complex tasks, creating and optimizing generative models such as GANs and VAEs, and developing multimodal AI solutions that combine different data modalities. You will also be involved in implementing POCs using MaaS platforms and AI Agents, configuring and deploying AI models, building APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and roll out AI-driven systems. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI and machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required to effectively translate technical concepts and work closely with stakeholders.
