About the Role:

You're someone who knows how to prompt, curate and refine AI-generated content and then humanise it. We want storytellers who understand human emotion and can guide AI tools to write like real people. You'll work on long-form explainers, micro-content for social and train AI to mimic authentic tones.

Skills/Tools: Prompt Writing, language intuition, human tone expertise, content calibration, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Heygen, Elevenlabs, Perplexity, SEO optimisers

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) to generate content across formats, blogs, social media, scripts, videos, product descriptions, etc.
• Edit, refine and optimise AI-generated content to align with brand tone and strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and subject-matter experts to co-create visually appealing content.
• Stay updated on the latest in generative AI, tools and trends to suggest creative and efficient content solutions.
• Analyse content performance and iterate using data-driven insights.
• Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices, copyright guidelines and brand voice.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong grasp of AI tools for content creation
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content analytics and digital platforms
• Familiarity with creative design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset

Good to Have:

• Background in content marketing, journalism, media, or design
• Experience with video scripting or voiceover content
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering
