THE ROLE You are a hands-on Senior Frontend Software Engineer with 7+ years of work experience, passionate about creating exceptional and intuitive user experiences in fast-paced, highly collaborative startups. You are an expert in modern frontend technologies, responsible for the entire frontend lifecycle, from concept and architecture to deployment. You are a master of Next.js and React, with a deep understanding of their best practices, and will take ownership of the frontend architecture and drive technical decisions. You are comfortable working in the early stages of defining and solving business problems, turning complex requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions. What We Think You’ll Need Extensive professional experience in frontend development, with exceptional proficiency in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in building complex, scalable, and user-centric web applications. Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and core web concepts. Experience with modern frontend development tools, including bundlers (e.g., Webpack), package managers, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress). An understanding of working with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum. Proven experience mentoring more junior team members. Resilience in early-stage business situations, where requirements are evolving and experimentation is required. A willingness to learn our broader tech stack, including C# .net and GCP, to better collaborate with backend teams. What You’ll Do Customer-focused testing and End-to-End ownership Understand feature deployment/use cases from customer-facing teams. Root Cause Analysis and Improving test coverage Identify defects and validate their resolution. Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and proactively identify test coverage gaps.
