As a Software QA Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a diverse QA organization that covers functional testing and automated validation. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with QA and Dev teams based in the US to ensure quality is integrated early in the SDLC. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Robot Framework, POM, and TestNG, as well as integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to work onsite in Kochi, India, with flexibility in hours for collaboration with US teams are also required.
