Advaiya Solutions - Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Lead Developer to spearhead complex software initiatives, offer architectural guidance, and ensure smooth execution across extensive, cross-functional teams. In this role, you will need to provide hands-on leadership, possess deep technical insight, and demonstrate a strong ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. This includes supervising builds, collecting feedback, and addressing critical technical issues. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end enterprise software project execution across multiple teams, offering technical and architectural guidance to development teams, making system design decisions, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability, facilitating and leading sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies for large-scale teams, performing production and development builds, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and delivery goals, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives, proactively identifying risks, and removing roadblocks to meet deadlines. To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in software development, project management, or technical leadership, a proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-grade projects, strong architectural and system design experience, a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaling Agile for larger teams, and hands-on expertise with Backend technologies like Node.js, Frontend technologies like React JS and React Native, Databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL, Cloud services like Microsoft Azure (preferred) and AWS, along with Open Source Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and modern deployment practices is also required. Additionally, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, as well as strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full software development lifecycle, are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience leading large-scale digital transformation or cloud-native initiatives, familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and ARM templates, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub/Bitbucket.
