Job Description

As an experienced and highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer/Lead, you will join our digital experience team to contribute to the solution design, development, team guidance, and customer interactions ensuring high-quality and scalable digital experience platforms. With 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in technical leadership, solution development, integration, optimization, client interaction, Agile practices, support, and deployment. In this role, you will design and develop AEM solutions using Core Components, Templates, Custom Components, Sling Models, JCR, Servlets, and OSGi services. You will implement AEM features like Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Workflows, Event Handlers, Translations, MSM, and Dispatcher configurations following Adobe best practices. Additionally, you will integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, and work on multilingual content strategies using translation tools. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, oversee development quality and efficiency, communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Furthermore, you will handle dispatcher configurations, troubleshoot production issues, maintain version control using Git, and support classic UI and AEM headless (CaaS) capabilities as required. The required skills and qualifications for this role include strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or Cloud Service) architecture and development, proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and AEM unit testing frameworks, deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, JCR, and AEM clientlibs, and strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SASS/LESS, JSON, and XML. Experience with dispatcher setup, unit testing strategies, and familiarity with integration tools and AEM headless/CaaS model are considered good to have. Soft skills such as strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive ownership and accountability, ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, and an Agile mindset are also essential for this role.
