Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.

The charter for this role will include: Meet Allotted Team targets (Leads, Applications & Visas) Ensure our students have a stellar user experience with Leap through closely tracking metrics like ratings , NPS etc You will build , develop and hire a stellar counselling team who will lead the user experience charter Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors Analyse data for insights and reports Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Pipeline forecast & Management Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Ideal Persona would: The candidate should be from Counseling Industry - Premium (Mandatory) In-depth knowledge of premium universities/colleges 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 counsellors Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable. Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools. Expertise in time management, analytical and organisational skills along with prior experience in Team Management Experience in leading user experience projects is a big plus
