Responsibilities: Guide students through calls, emails, and meetings, helping them choose the right IT courses. Convert potential leads into successful enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups. Stay informed about industry trends and collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets. Requirements: Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling. Education: Bachelor’s degree (a technical background is preferred but not required). Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills in both English and Hindi. IT Knowledge: Basic understanding is an advantage but not mandatory.
