Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Noida. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential applicants, providing information about educational programs, answering inquiries, and assisting with the application process. The role involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing admission metrics, and working closely with the marketing and academic teams to optimize the admission process.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Excellent Customer Service and Sales abilities
Knowledge of the Education sector
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
