Education Counselor Job Description
Experience Required: Minimum 0- 2 years in the education or ed-tech industry
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
· Calling and following up on leads
· Convincing students/parents for admissions Distance and online education.
· Handling queries and resolving issues related to courses or fees
· Ensuring successful admissions and documentation
· Achieving weekly and monthly admission Justification.
Skills Required:
· Confident in on-call communication.
· Excellent communication skills English (spoken and written)
· Strong problem-solving ability and a winner’s attitude
· Good knowledge of CRM tools and student management platforms
· Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting
· Ability to build rapport with students and parents

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
