Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and chat. Conduct counseling sessions to guide students on program offerings, eligibility, career outcomes, and admission procedures. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion through timely communication and relationship building. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in the CRM system. Assist students in completing applications and required documentation. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for seamless onboarding. Participate in webinars, education fairs, and outreach activities. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
