Aerobix is a leading fitness and wellness studio, committed to empowering individuals through structured programs and professional guidance. We're expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join us at our Malappuram branch.

Key Responsibilities

Handle counselling sessions for prospective students and walk-in enquiries.
Manage follow-ups and maintain a database of leads and conversions.
Provide accurate course information and suggest suitable options based on customer needs.
Ensure smooth admission procedures and complete documentation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Handle calls and provide timely responses to queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling and/or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, empathetic, and professional in approach.
Comfortable in managing walk-in and telephonic inquiries.
Ability to multitask and meet targets within deadlines.
